STRETCH RELEASE & RECOVER

After high-intensity training, your body craves more than just rest it needs recovery. 

These sessions  are designed to support your nervous system after intense movement, helping you shift out of “fight or flight” and into a state where true repair can happen.

We’ll begin with a gentle Stretch and Release session to ease muscle tension, increase mobility, and support the body’s natural recovery process. From there, you’ll be guided through down-regulation breathwork, designed to calm the nervous system, lower cortisol levels, and bring you into a deeply restorative state.
Led by Lauren, a certified Pilates instructor, women’s health coach, and breathwork facilitator, this class is your invitation to reconnect, reset, and support your body’s recovery—so you can come back stronger, clearer, and more grounded.
